Notebooks - Nathalie Du Pasquier for Rubberband | Flodeau.com

Today, I am planning out my NYC trip by writing up in these pretty notebooks. They are from Mumbai-based brand Rubberband‘s latest Artist Collection collaboration with internationally renowned French designer Nathalie Du Pasquier. She has put together a collection of six notebooks in two sizes with her bold designs, bright colours and geometric shapes, creating art on the notebook covers.

About Nathalie du Pasquier – Born in Bordeaux, France, Nathalie Du Pasquier is a French artist based in Milan since 1979. She co-founded the influential and decade-defining Italian design collective called the Memphis group. Her bold, experimental patterns decorated textile and furniture surfaces. In 1987, after the group dissolved, she shifted focus to fine art, specifically painting. Nathalie’s work is well-known for her bold designs, use of colour, geometric shapes and an unrestrained approach to creating art. Today, her distinctive patterns feature on clothes, furniture and lamps.

  • Notebooks are always a good idea to collect. I find it very difficult to throw them away when they’re finished, and I end up with piles of used notebooks… Thanks for sharing this new brand ;-)
