Power Unit Studio : Y House

Y House by Japanese architects Power Unit Studio is a suburban private residence located on a hillside slope overlooking a surrounding forest. Anchored to the ground by a bedroom on the basement floor, the thick concrete building is cantilevered. Inside, the floor is leveled and inclined to reflect the slope .
