Founded by Matteo De Ponti and Laura Macagno, Colé Italian Design Label is a new design furniture brand. Here is a selection of my favorite products from their first collection designed in collaboration with Lorenz/Kaz, Aksu/Suardi and Emmanuel Gallina.
Tria Wood chair – design Lorenz/Kaz
Tria recalls the Escher impossible forms, defining itself in a game of twists and elusive leak. The corolla-shaped shell, composed of three equal elements assembled together, lends itself to accommodate a sequence of colors chasing each other.

Secreto originates from the idea of transforming the traditional coffee table, usually covered by all kind of books, magazines and newspapers, into a “coffee table/book table, where actually both books and cups have a place of their own!

Ottoman sofa XL – design Aksu/Suardi
Ottoman sofa arises from the idea of a comfortable informal and relaxed sitting to be used in an hybrid way. It is a place where to sit, sometimes without shoes and with legs crossed; or even to lie down, eat, work, sleep, chat…

Secreto seat-mirror – design Lorenz/Kaz
The wardrobe is the first furniture to be found when entering home, the reason to make it a piece of strong character. A truly hybrid between an upholstered retrò chair with a minimalist mirror as a back lean and an element to hang up clothes.
