Special delivery from merci this morning!
During Paris Design Week 2013, trendy Parisian design shop merci has opened the season with a new exhibition entitled MATIERES PREMIERES / Material. The exhibition brings together more than 50 designers that have been invited to work around the widest choice of materials – concrete, glass, cardboard, resin, sugar, porcelain … etc. The result is a beautiful collection of furniture, tableware, lighting and accessories that will be on show at merci, 111 boulevard Beaumarchais 75003 Paris, until September 21.
Echoing the event, merci offers 10 limited edition suitcases covered with a concrete effect wallpaper imagined by the Dutch designer Piet Boon.
The suitase may serve as a trunk, a letter box, or as anything you may like, it’s up to you!
You have until September 24 to enter the CONTEST for your chance to win this lovely collector suitcase. The draw will take place on Wednesday, September 25.

Pour Paris Design Week 2013, merci présente l’exposition Matières Premières : un nouveau savoir-faire qui réunit une sélection de plus de 50 designers autour des matières les plus variées: béton, verre, carton, résine, loofah, sucre… etc.
