Ett La Benn : Topple lamp

Renverser une lampe sur le flanc pour l’allumer, c’est ce que le studio berlinois Ett La Benn a imaginé en créant Topple, une petite lampe en mousse de polyuréthane qui fonctionne sans système d’interrupteur.

“Instantaneously recognizable as a lamp, Topple mediates his atypical way of funtioning through a rather gentle, but clear invitation to tip itself over. If Topple is upright, it’s off. If you tip the lamp over in a lying position, the two-piece opens up smoothly over the weighted foot and the lamp swiches on.“
